ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS.

PLEASE SPECIFY AT CHECKOUT DESIRED SHIPPING METHOD & SPEED. 

FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING, ITEMS MUST BE PLACED BY 2:00PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME MONDAY - FRIDAY FOR THE ORDER TO BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

ALL PACKAGES WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & IMPORT TAX

ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES OR IMPORT TAX AT THE RECEIVER'S EXPENSE. SUCH FEES ARE DETERMINED BY THE RECEIVER'S COUNTRY. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS AGENCY FOR ANY QUESTIONS.

FAILURE TO DELIVER / RETURN TO SENDER

IF THE PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO THE GIVEN SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO WRONG OR INCORRECT PHONE NUMBER, WRONG OR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, ABSENT RECEIVER, OR IF THE CUSTOMER REFUSES TO COLLECT THE PACKAGE, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. THE EXPENSE INCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY DUTY AND TAX THE PACKAGE MAY HAVE INCURRED; THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL OF THE ORDER TO BE REFUNDED. 

DAMAGED / OPENED BOX

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED OR OPENED UPON RECEIVING,  PLEASE TAKE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE BEFORE CHECKING THE CONTENTS INSIDE AND SUBMIT A CLAIM VIA THE COURIER USED TO SHIP YOUR ORDER.

EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT, PLEASE SUBMIT A REQUEST AT CS@BOSSISPORTSWEAR.COM WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM(S). 

ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS NOT REFUNDABLE.

ITEM(S) MUST BE SENT BACK IN ORIGINAL/SELLABLE CONDITION. THE ITEM(S) MUST BE UNWORN, UNALTERED, AND FREE FROM ANY ODORS. ITEM(S) MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED.

IF ITEM(S) DO NOT FIT THESE REQUIREMENTS, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT HIS/HER EXPENSE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, TO DETERMINE IF RETURNED MERCHANDISE IS IN SALE-ABLE CONDITION.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING OF RETURNS AT THEIR COST. RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED TO OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORIGINAL DELIVERY. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST USING A SHIPPING COURIER THAT CAN PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES.

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES THAT DOES NOT FOLLOW THE AFOREMENTIONED CONDITIONS.
